This product is a novel rapid test strip for SARS-CoV-2 based on S protein–ACE2 receptor competitive chromatography. Our kit can be used alone for quick detection or together with nucleic acid detection kit. One kit measuring nucleic acids and one measuring protein will provide mutual verification. Results can be obtained by qualitative analysis using a UV flashlight and quantitative analysis using a handheld dry dry fluorescence chromatography analyzer. Detection takes just 10 to 15 minutes (it is possible to obtain a negative judgment within three to five minutes), making this test much easier and faster than the nucleic-acid test. In clinical practice, noninvasive detection can be performed on sputum and stool samples. As ACE2 receptors are used for detection, this strip is suitable for testing for SARS-CoV-2, mutations and future strains. It can provide a timely response to possible future outbreaks of novel coronaviruses that infect ACE2 receptors, without the need to redevelop the product. This is a new detection concept that uses a stable ACE2 receptor to detect a variable coronavirus. Therefore, this strip can be used for rapid screening of SARS-CoV-2 and is suitable for hospitals, enterprises, schools, military troops, communities and families.
